Small Group Functional Strength

*available for groups of 3-8 by appointment

While the role of a coach is often to push athletes to their potential, so too is the role of their teammates. We believe that “As iron sharpens iron, people sharpen people.” The added competition, partnership, and accountability of small groups can help an athlete grow beyond what they could achieve on their own.

A smaller group allows for a more specific focus, almost on a individual level, but with the camaraderie of fellow athletes. This way the workouts can be designed to help the group build the specific strength required from their respective sports, whether that be running, swimming, soccer, or everyday life.
