Our mission as coaches is to provide the support and knowledge needed to help set you up for your best performance yet. We know that run training doesn’t happen in a vacuum, it happens within the context of your life. Therefore, coaching is a collaborative process between the athlete and the coach with the ultimate goal of integrating training into your life and helping you become the best athlete you have the potential to be.

Coach Griffin combines his knowledge from years of running at a high level in both high school and college with his continued education about human performance (whether it’s in the form of Ironman Coaching certification, teaching yoga, or his gait analysis certification) to bring together the art and science of training and develop a plan that is right for you.

For the athlete looking to leave no stone unturned and take their training and racing to the next level.
