So often we define ourselves by our sport. Someone asks us if we’re an athlete and we respond with our chosen specialty. But every athlete can benefit by taking a step back and developing as a whole.

The approach Coach Griffin uses combines his experiences as a runner and triathlete with the knowledge gained from becoming a Certified Running Gait Analyst as well as his Yoga training to form a comprehensive approach for each individual athlete.
