Calling all Des Moines Runners, one of our favorite local races is just around the corner! The Dam to Dam half returns this year as Dam to DSM, and we are gearing up for it as a team! Each week, Coach Griffin will lead group strength and mobility sessions, as well as update your individualized training plan via Training Peaks.
Group sessions will be Tuesday morning from 6am-7am at Ironworks Athletics for the 13 weeks leading up to the race and will be designed to focus on the specific strength and flexibility needs of runners.
We also have a pre-built training plan for outof-town athletes or those who don’t want/need a completely customized approach.
