Julie Jaworski on Not Letting Your Circumstances Define You
November is Diabetes Awareness Month, so I couldn't think of anyone better than Julie Jaworski to start off the Sweat Equity Radio Podcast.
Julie refers to herself as a "diabadass" and she has the hardware to back it up.
Julie has completed 25 full marathons, 4 half-ironmans and one Ironman... all after receiving a life changing diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes when she was 26 years old.
In this episode, Julie shares her perspective on life with diabetes, and why she doesn't let it define her or her goals. She also shares some of her top resources to conquer the mental and physical side of her performance!
